Disclaimer
1. Parking is to be arranged by the customer and any parking fines received whilst loading and unloading are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Arrival times are estimates and whilst I will endeavour to be on time circumstances out of my control may cause delays.
3. Payment methods accepted are cash on completion, company cheque's or via online bank transfer* or PayPal*.
4. I will accept NO responsibility for any items lost or damaged after job completion and payment has been received.
5. Please make sure all items will fit at there new location prior to arranging transportation as it will not be my responsibility if we cannot get a sofa or wardrobe through a front door for example.
6. We accept no responsibility for damage or breakage to items that have not been packed / protected by adequate means. Our insurers won't cover items that are not properly covered or bubble wrapped
7. It is the customers responsibility to dismantle any unit, system or flat pack furniture and beds and this should be done before our arrival.
8. You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote, a couple of boxes more would not normally cause an issue, however if you have under-estimated your items by more than this the driver will add on an extra charge depending on the amount of items and time taken to load them. Similarly the same applies to extra collection or delivery locations
